Pork Puttanesca Pasta Pot

Slow-cooked pork in a tomato, olive and herb sauce with fusilli avellinesi pasta, broccoli and a hard cheese crumb.

Microwave Method
1. Empty the pork pouch into the pot and cover loosely with the lid.
2. Heat on full power in an 800W microwave for 1 minute.
3. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
4. Empty the puttanesca sauce, pasta and broccoli into the dish with the pork. Stir, cover and cook together for a further 3 minutes.
5. Stir again, sprinkle over the crumb, serve and enjoy!
