Preparation & storage

Storage: Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight and out of the sight and reach of children.

Preparation: For one serving, mix 30g of Max Whey (approx. 3 tablespoons) with 150-300ml of water in a shaker. Do not exceed 3 servings per day. Some may prefer to mix Max Whey with milk, but please bear in mind that this will slow protein digestion, not to mention the added calories.
