Cooking:
Microwave: Cook from chilled: 4 minutes (900W). Cook from frozen: 8 minutes (900W). Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid. Heat on full power. Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking. Stir well before serving.
Oven: Cook from chilled: 25 minutes (190°C / Fan 170°C/ Gas 5). Cook from frozen: 40 minutes (190°C / Fan 170°C/ Gas 5). Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.
